*Please Note: Solution Guarantee is valid for Full-sized regimen sets only (mostly lasts 1 month per purchase. You must have given the products at least 90 days of consistent use before requesting a replacement. There are 28 days in a skin regeneration cycle and it takes at least that long to see if your skin is showing any results.

Due to our orders being handmade, no returns, or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item to orders@puristorganics.com  and the correct item will be sent within 2 business days.
