How long will delivery take?
Our orders have a 3 business day processing time. Most times, we could ship earlier. During sales and promotion, there is a 3-4 business day processing time. Once your order is in the packaging and ‘shipped’ stage you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking or waybill number for your package
Do you have a store location?
No, we currently operate exclusively online and do not have physical store locations. You can explore and purchase our products through our official website www.puristorganics.com. Do I need to throw out my products after 90 days?
Our products have a peak potency period ranging from six to twenty four months. Anything longer than this time frame cannot sustain the bio-active nature of raw plant material, so we recommend use within this time period. We make our products fresh always to ensure potency. Every jar or bottle of our product comes with a POD (Period After Opening) notice on the label.
Do you offer refunds?
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. Please ensure to carefully review and verify your order, including the shipping address, before submitting it. Once shipped, and due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process refunds. However, in the event of receiving faulty product which can happen during shipping, we are more than happy to assist with a replacement. Do you offer exchanges?
We only exchange items that are damaged or defective. Please email email@example.com for further assistance. Please include name, order number, item damaged/defective, and images of damages.
Can i place orders over the phone?
We do not take orders over the phone. Orders can be placed through our website or recommended social media
Can I order online and pick up my items at any location?
Orders placed online cannot be picked up at any location within Onitsha They will be shipped to the shipping address provided on the order. Except customer paid for terminal pickup using the options provided at checkout.
