    How long will delivery take?

    Our orders have a 2-business day processing time. Officially, we ship twice a week (Tuesdays & Fridays). During sales and promotion, there is a 3-4 business day processing time. Once your order is in the packaging and ‘shipped’ stage you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking or waybill number for your package

    Do I need to throw out my products after 90 days?

    Our products have a peak potency period ranging from six to twelve months. Anything longer than this time frame cannot sustain the bio-active nature of raw plant material, so we recommend use within this time period. We make our products fresh always to ensure potency. Every jar or bottle of our product comes with a POD (Period After Opening) notice on the label. 

    Do you offer refunds?

    We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Once your order is placed there can not be any changes made. Please be sure to verify your order as well as the address before submitting it.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    We only exchange items that are damaged or defective. Please email orders@puristorganics.com for further assistance. Please include name, order number, item damaged/defective, and images of damages.

    Can i place orders over the phone?

    We do not take orders over the phone. Orders can be placed through our website.

    Can I order online and pick up my items at any location?

    Orders placed online cannot be picked up at any location within Port Harcourt. They will be shipped to the shipping address provided on the order. Except customer paid for terminal pickup using the options provided at checkout.
